Mike will provide a brief history on how he went from an audit firm, to the largest privately held spirits company in the world, to a small but mighty brewery in Saskatoon. He will provide insight into the Western Canadian beer industry, how Great Western Brewery started and the evolution of both the industry and brewery over the past five years. Competition, changes in the retail environment and their new expansion plans at their Saskatoon location.
